About Vinea

Vinea opened in September 2007 after much hard work turning our dreams into a reality! Three years ago, when on our honeymoon, my wife and I visited many vineyards in and around Napa Valley in California, we had such a fantastic time, sampling different foods and wine. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, like no other place we had visited.

We made the brave decision to try and bring this concept to Liverpool and, after a lot of searching for the right location, we settled upon the Albert Dock area, as it had the right mix of visitors and local character. We believe we have created a relaxed and unpretentious ‘Vineyard’ experience. All of the wines on our shelves have been carefully selected by our sommeliers, and we hope to deliver a range of the best the world of wine has to offer. We are reasonably priced, our wines are available to buy at the shop for a ‘take out’ price, you can enjoy our wines in the comfort of your own home, without paying a premium.
